Modules / Asset Management

Every asset knows its own history.

NEXUS reads your drawings to find the valves, breakers, pumps and panels, and each one carries its drawings, documents, jobs and isolations, so the plant's memory is on the asset, not in someone's head.

Why careful plants still get it wrong

The asset list is in a spreadsheet. The history is in people.

The spreadsheet has the tag numbers. What happened to the pump last winter, which drawing shows it and which procedure applies lives with the one person who was there.

NEXUS reads a process drawing and proposes the assets on it, their places and their connections, with its reasoning shown, and it can draw what it found back as a sheet for you to check. A person confirms; the module works the same with the intelligence off. From then on each asset keeps its drawings, documents, jobs and isolation history, and every other module writes to it as work happens. The memory stays when the person moves on.
How it works

Find it. See it. Trust it.

01

Find

By name, tag or place, in two words, from a phone on the floor or a desk in the office.

02

See

Its type, its place, what it is connected to, its drawings and documents, and what needs attention on it.

03

Adopt from the drawing

NEXUS proposes the assets and connections it reads on the drawing; you confirm, and the record says who did and when. What it drew for you is kept beside the drawing it read.

Every count NEXUS shows you is measured on your own records: assets under control, assets with drawings, assets with open findings. We do not quote averages from someone else's pilot.

Starting

A walkthrough on your own tags.

Bring one drawing and ten tag numbers. In a working session NEXUS adopts them from the drawing in front of you, and you find each one from a phone. No slides, no migration, nothing to install.

What you need

Ten tags. One hour.

A drawing and the person who keeps the asset list. Works the same with the intelligence switched off.
